This instrument was photographed in the studio of Nick Granville. Renowned in New Zealand's vibrant music scene, Nick regularly collaborates with celebrated artists like Dave Weckl, Dave Mathews, Tony Lindsay of Santana fame, and many others.

Its enlarged, almost architectural appearance stems from the specific methods used during the photography process. Using a combination of focus-stacking and pixel-shifting, the final image is composed of 336 individual frames, boasting an impressive resolution of 187 megapixels.
